Regions Permian, LLC (“Regions”) is a privately held oil and gas company focused on acquisition and development opportunities in select onshore basins throughout the United States, with a focus on the Permian Basin of Texas and New Mexico, and more recently, the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma. Regions and its associated companies are managed by third generation oil and gas professionals based in Midland, Texas. During the years 2013 to 2019, Regions and its partners acquired and divested over $500 million in Assets, covering various counties in the Permian Basin. In 2015, Regions partnered with a Kayne Anderson sponsored portfolio company, acquired and developed a position in the core Midland Basin, and subsequently transacted with Parsley Energy. In 2017, Regions partnered with Carnelian Energy Capital, acquired and developed positions in the Midland Basin, and subsequently transacted with an undisclosed Private E&P.
Currently, Regions is pursuing Permian Basin and Oklahoma projects with private capital and strategic partners, with a focus on non-operated working interest with tier one operators. The company and its associated entities hold Non-Operated Working Interest and Minerals in over 1,000 wells in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
